Orders should be placed as early as possible. Our schedule is filled on a first paid, first booked basis and can fill up quickly. We strongly suggest booking at least four to six weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. But don’t hesitate to contact us with less notice as we may have an opening in our calendar.

If you have an event date and venue but are not exactly sure what type of balloon décor you would like yet. You can reserve your date with a $200 non-refundable reservation fee (applied to final invoice). Then we can firm up the details later!

Yes, we can provide on-site consultation for a fee of $100 per visit. You can also take pictures, video and measurements to email or text them to us at no cost.

The time it takes to install our balloons décor varies and is based on the scale of the design. In most designs our inflating is done ahead of time, but for some larger installations some inflating may need to be done on site. We try to keep it to under an hour whenever possible. We ask that installation be at least two hours before the event start time whenever possible. For larger scale events more set up time may be needed.

The balloon décor rental installation will be set up by our team and is not to be moved by anyone in your party, or event staff. Our Celebrate Balloons & More team are the only qualified people to set up and remove our balloon decor. All framework equipment used for balloon designs are the property of Celebrate Balloons & More. Any damage done to the balloon decor letters or framing by your party, or event staff will be your responsibility. Any balloon décor on framework is a rental and the property of Celebrate Balloons & More.

We use the highest quality professional face paint that complies with FDA regulations and is safe to use on skin and is non-toxic and hypoallergenic. Face paint is easily washed off with warm water, baby shampoo and a washcloth. Additionally, we follow strict hygiene practices to ensure the safety of all participants.

Absolutely! We specialize in customizing to your theme and color preferences. We will be sure to have some designs on the menu to coordinate.

The duration of each entertainment service varies depending on the type of event and the number of participants. Simple designs will take about 3 minutes per guest and more detailed designs will take about 5 minutes. The average is 10-12 guests per hour. If you are anticipating a larger group, we can offer only simple designs which would be about 20 guests per hour. We offer designs options, one per guest. Booking enough time for those who wish to participate is important. Perfect for birthdays, school events, festivals, reunions, corporate events and more.

Yes, we are equipped to entertain at events of any size, from private parties to large corporate gatherings.

Yes, and we require you to provide an outdoor canopy for our entertainment service area. Balloons and face paint do not like direct sunlight. We do not offer refunds or reschedule for inclement weather; so it is recommended to have an indoor space as an alternative for your outdoor event.

Celebrate Balloons & More uses only the highest quality professional balloons and materials; however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We never guarantee how long your balloons will last once they have been delivered. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during installation.

Indoor- many air-filled balloon designs can last for weeks indoors in climate-controlled temperatures. The longevity of the balloons will depend on environmental conditions of the space and we cannot guarantee the balloons will last any specific amount of time.
Outdoor- We never guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoors as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc. affects the lifespan of the balloons.
Helium- All of our helium latex balloons will last 2-3 days if indoors. All latex helium balloons are treated on the inside surface with a sealant to reduce the speed of deflation, it is nontoxic and water soluble. Again, environmental conditions of the event space will determine how long they float and we do not guarantee how long any balloon will last.

Balloons are a great choice to make your outdoor event colorful and a happy time for all. Even though there are some things to be aware of.

Darker balloon colors will absorb heat and pop faster than lighter color balloons. Choose lighter if possible.
Balloons expand in heat, balloons in direct sunlight may pop after 2-3 hours. We slightly under inflate outdoor balloons to help.
Balloons are natural latex and will begin to oxidize and lose their shine over time. This is not bad, just a natural process that changes the look. They will have a matte finish.
Place balloons in shaded areas is best if possible.
Helium balloons are great indoors but a big no-no outdoors. Even a slight breeze can make a balloon whip around possibly hitting a guest in the face.
Please know that once your balloon décor is set up and in perfect condition, we will not return and replace popped balloons.

We never guarantee how long any balloon design will last. Balloons are balloons after all.

Yes! Our latex balloons are made of natural materials and are 100% biodegradable at the same rate as an oak leaf. Foil balloons, however, are not biodegradable but are able to be recycled. Please do not release any type of balloon outdoors and dispose of them properly. We will not accept any order for helium balloons for releases.

Once your event is booked with your 50% deposit or full payment has been received, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. We will have turned away other client bookings for your time slot.
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least two weeks prior to your event date, and we will be happy to apply your deposit or full payment to a future booking within 12 months of original event date. Cancellations less than two weeks from your event date are no longer able to be rescheduled. Deposits or full payments are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or reschedule for inclement weather, so it is recommended to have an indoor space as an alternative for your outdoor event.

To ensure your order is delivered on time and because of supply chain issues, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in selecting balloons that will meet or exceed the expectations of the gift giver and the recipient.

Delivery fees are $2.00/mile from our private studio in Canal Fulton, Ohio, with a $10 minimum. If the balloon décor is a large installation, a truck rental fee may be added.

Removal fees are $2.00/mile from our private studio in Canal Fulton, Ohio. Some of our balloon decorations are considered rentals as they are built on a framework that is the property of Celebrate Balloons & More and will need to be picked up after your event.

There are never any added “balloon installation fees” or “balloon styling fees”. Even if we are on site setting up a little longer.

Unfortunately, we are not able to do this. We only purchase the highest quality professional latex balloons from reputable wholesale providers. Balloon kits offered on Amazon or Etsy might not be professional quality, and we want reliable performance for your event, as we are sure you do also.

We want to make your balloon décor unique to your color scheme and event theme. There are several ways to enhance your balloon décor.
